Taoist Classes and Workshops

Mixed classes and workshops comprising 50% exercises and 50% meditation.
Moving exercises : stretching (muscles, meridiens and tendons), tonus and body structure, joint flexibility, localised self-massages, qi gong (chi kung), etc. For the body’s well-being, to relax, to strengthen, harmonise, to know yourself and to love yourself. Warm-up ‘mental deconnection‘ exercises to facilitate meditations.
The meditation (with theory) : main components - the inner smile and the 6 healing sounds, the chi (energy) circulation, involving mastering emotions, thoughts, intuition and consciousness. For physical and psychological health, self-discovery, well-being, personal development and spiritual life.
The class consists of slow or dynamic exercises, relaxation, stretching, qi gong (chi kung) - moving or stationary, different types of meditation... Theory and practicals based on the 5 elements, the chakras, and their psychological and therapeutical aspects.
