Exercises & Meditation

Mixed course comprising 50% exercises and 50% meditation.
Weekly group practise and weekend workshops
The exercises : stretching (muscles, meridians and tendons), toning and posture of the body, suppleness of joints, etc. For the body’s well-being, to relax, reinforce, balance and to know and love it. Also to do warming-up to disconnect the mind and to enter into the meditation more easily.
The meditation (with theory) : based mostly on meditations like the 'inner smile’ and energy circulation (chi) but also on managing one’s emotions, thoughts and intuition, conscience. For physical and psychological health, self-discovery, well-being, personal development and spiritual life.
Consisting of slow and dynamic exercises, relaxation, stretching, static or mobile chi kung different types of meditation… . Theory and practice of the five elements, the chakras, psychological and therapeutic aspects…
